Step 1 - Are You a St. Monica Parishioner?
If you are new to our parish, please ensure you are registered and attending Mass here at St. Monica. If you have yet to register, you may do so online at https://stmonicamoraga.com/registration. Faith Formation Registration will only be completed once parish registration has been verified.

Step 2 - Read/Save the Following Documents
Please download and read our 2023/2024 Faith Formation Handbook and the Diocesan Liability Release Agreement before proceeeding. You will be asked if you have read and agree to the terms within these documents in the form below. Classes will take place on Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Step 3 - Fill Out the Form Below

Step 4 - Turn In Any Necessary Documents
All first-time registrants must provide an original baptismal certificate and proof of First Communion. A letter of transfer may be also required (see handbooks). You may drop them by our office or mail them to St. Monica Church, 1001 Camino Pablo, Moraga, CA 94556. Your child will not be fully registered until these forms are received.
If you have completed all the above steps and have turned in all required documents, thank you. Your registration is now complete!

About Our Program
The St. Monica Middle School Faith Formation program offers 6th, 7th and 8th grade youth the opportunity to deepen their faith in a supportive environment with peers who share their beliefs. Each week they meet in our church to spend time in quiet reflection and prayer. Instruction follows, teaching our Catholic faith, using contemporary media that speaks to youth in their language and culture . Concluding the gathering is time spent sharing food, fun, creativity, community building, and forming lasting friendships.
