Finance Council

The St. Monica Finance Council is responsible for the overall preparation and approval of the Parish budget, review and advice on the Parish budget, review and advice regarding the investment of Parish financial resources and preparation and approval of the Parish’s annual financial statements.  The Finance Council also advises the Pastor regarding all matters relating to financial operations, property maintenance, policies and procedures for the Parish.  Consent is required from the Finance Council for the Pastor to act on matters of extraordinary administration of a financial nature.
