Confirmation 1 & 2

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to begin the registration process.

If you are new to our parish please ensure you are registered and attending Mass here at St. Monica.  If you have yet to register, you may do so online at https://stmonicamoraga.com/registration.  Faith Formation Registration will only be completed once parish registration has been verified.

If you have not already done so, please download and read our 2023/2024 Faith Formation Handbook and the Diocesan Liability Release Agreement before proceeeding.  You will be asked if you have read and agree to the terms within these documents in the form below.  Classes will take place on Sundays at 9:45 am followed by the 11am Mass.  You may download the 2023/2024 Confirmation Schedule below.

2023/2024 Confirmation Registration Form

All first-time registrants must provide an original baptismal certificate and proof of First Communion.  A letter of transfer may be also required (see handbooks).  You may drop them by our office or mail them to St. Monica Church, 1001 Camino Pablo, Moraga, CA 94556.  Your child will not be fully registered until these forms are received.
